  • Rates are quoted on a per person sharing basis
  • Single supplement of 20% applies only to guests unwilling to share
  • All guests will be required to sign an Indemnity Form on arrival.
  • Medical Insurance with evacuation is essential for all riders, travel insurance is recommended.

2011 Terms and Conditions

Please note that Rates and Itineraries are subject to change and the following is at the discretion of Bhangazi Horse Safaris ( BHS ).

Terms and Conditions

Bookings can only be accepted on receipt of each clients completed and signed questionnaire which can be faxed/emailed to BHS. We regret that any riders who do not comply with these terms and conditions will not be permitted to ride.
Medical insurance for each rider is compulsory.
All guests are required to wear a riding helmet unless their insurance specifically covers them for not wearing a helmet.
All guests will be required to sign an Indemnity Form on arrival.

A 30% deposit on the accommodation figure is required to confirm all bookings within 14 days of a written confirmation otherwise the booking will be taken to be provisional and will be liable for cancellation by BHS.

Balance of Payment must be made no later than 30 days before the starting date of the horse safari – otherwise bookings will be deemed as cancelled.

Cancellation
91 days or more prior to horse safari start date – deposit is refunded.
90 – 61 days prior to horse safari start date – deposit is forfeited.
60 – 30 days prior to horse safari start date – 50 % of total safari is forfeited.
30 days – prior to horse safari start or for no shows – total safari cost is forfeited.
